Notice is hereby given that Deed Polls dated 28 May 2008 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 15 September 2008, Laura Jean Darbyshire as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Amber Rose Waudby and Harry Sean Waudby who are both children and Commonwealth/British Citizens under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the names of Amber Rose Darbyshire and Harry Sean Darbyshire respectively and assumed the names of Amber Rose Waudby and Harry Sean Waudby.
