Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 1 September 2008 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 24 September 2008 I, Jolene Ann Benjamin of 25 Ravensbourne Road, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire HP21 9TG, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Leah Rose Benjamin who is a child, single and a British Citizen under Section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Leah Rose Harriman and assumed the name of Leah Rose Benjamin.
