The Queen has been pleased to approve that Malcolm Ralph Cochrane Esq VLL be re-appointed the Vice Lord Lieutenant for Oxfordshire, to act as Her Majesty’s Lord Lieutenant during his absence from the area due to sickness or other inability to act.

The appointment is with immediate effect.
