“AMENDMENT TO OFFSHORE CABLE ROUTE AT WEST OF DUDDON SANDS OFFSHORE WINDFARM”

Notice is hereby given that “ Morecambe Wind Limited” has applied to the Secretary of State for the Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs under Section 34 of the Coast Protection Act 1949, as amended by Section 36 of the Merchant Shipping Act 1988, to amend Consent 33317/08/0/CON issued on 4th September 2008. The application for the proposed amendment is at “ West of Duddon Sands Offshore Windfarm- offshore cable route” .

Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at:

Representations or objections on navigational grounds in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to Musa Jabbar, Marine and Fisheries Agency, Marine Environment Team, 3-8 Whitehall Place, London SW1A 2HH, or alternatively emailed to Musa.Jabbar@mfa.gsi.gov.uk, within 28 days of the date of this notice, quoting reference 33317/08/0/CON.

The Secretary of State will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation he receives.
