Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 7 October 2008 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 16 January 2009, D Heath as person having parental responsibility on behalf of Ryan Newton Heath a child single and a British citizen, abandoned the surname of Stansbury and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Heath.
