Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 10 July 2008 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 30 December 2008, Sarah Jayne Downer, as a person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Rachael Louise Downer who is a child single and a Commonwealth/British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Rachael Louise Bridge and assumed the name of Rachael Louise Downer.
