Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 26 August 2008 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 27 November 2008, V Collins as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Victoria Elizabeth Collins who is a child single and a British citizen under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Victoria Elizabeth Flanigan and assumed the name of Victoria Elizabeth Collins.
