DECLARATION OF MAES-Y-FACRELL, PEN-Y-GOGARTH NATIONAL NATURE RESERVE COMMUNITY OF LLANDUDNO

COUNTY BOROUGH OF CONWY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in pursuance of section 19(1) of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949 and Section 35(1)(b) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 that by the Maes-y-facrell, Pen-Y-Gogarth National Nature Reserve No.1 Declaration (Wales) 2009 made on the twenty sixth day of February 2009 the Countryside Council for Wales declared that the land containing 5.23 hectares (12.92 acres) or thereabouts situated in the Community of Llandudno in the County Borough of Conwy and shown edged red on the attached plan has been acquired and is being held by the Council and that the said land is being managed as a National Nature Reserve.

Certified copies of the said Declaration with plan attached have been deposited for public inspection free of charge at the Office of Conwy County Borough Council, Bodlondeb, Bangor Road, Conwy from Monday to Friday inclusive during normal office hours.

Certified copies may also be inspected at the office of the Countryside Council for Wales, Glan y Nant, Unit 19, Mold Business Park, Wrexham Road, Mold, Flintshire and at the headquarters of the Countryside Council for Wales at Maes-y-Ffynnon, Penrhosgarnedd, Bangor, Gwynedd from Monday to Friday inclusive during normal office hours.
