Pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, notice is hereby given that the last date for proving debts against the company, is 9 April 2009, by which date claims must be sent to the undersigned, of SFP, 9 Ensign House, Admirals Way, Marsh Wall, London E14 9XQ, the Liquidator of ORC Data Services Limited. Notice is further given that the Liquidator will declare first dividend within four months of the last date for proving. A creditor who has not proved his debt before the last date for proving will be excluded from this Dividend.
