Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 10 March 2009 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 20 April 2009, by Janet Elizabeth Bell a person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Emma Elizabeth Amanda Woodhouse-Bell, who is a child, single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Emma Elizabeth Amanda Woodhouse and assumed the name of Emma Elizabeth Amanda Woodhouse-Bell.
