Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 8 August 2008 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 15 May 2009:

1. Angela Louise Parry Lowther, of 16 Cae Mawr Road, Rhiwbina, Cardiff CF14 6NY as a person having parental responsibility for Elan Mai Parry Lowther renounced and abandoned, on behalf of Elan Mai Parry Lowther, the name of Elan Mai Parry Lowther, and in place thereof assumed, on behalf of Elan Mai Parry Lowther, the name of Elan Mai Parry Lowther.

2. Elan Mai Parry Lowther is single.

3. Elan Mai Parry Lowther is a British Citizen under the British National Act 1981 Section 1(1).
