Notice is hereby given that the Financial Services Authority has cancelled the registration of Cheshire Building Society (Register No 103B) which was dissolved by virtue of section 94(10) of the Building Societies Act 1986 following the transfer of its engagements to Nationwide Building Society (Register No 355B) on 15 December 2008.
