2 The Treasury Solicitor as nominee for the Crown hereby disclaims the Crown’s title and interest in all those tools listed in the Schedule of Items attached to the Notice of Disclaimer issued under section 178 of the Insolvency Act 1986 dated and filed at the Dudley County Court on 5 April 2007 the vesting of the property having come to his notice on 9 June 2009.
