Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 93 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that the final meeting of the shareholders of the above named company will be held at 12.00 noon on 4 August 2009 for the purpose of having laid before them an account of the Joint Liquidator’s acts and dealings and the conduct of the winding-up.

Proxies to be used at the meeting should be lodged with the Joint Liquidator no later than 12 noon on the day before the meeting.
