Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Order of His Honour Mr Justice Blackburne sitting as a Judge of the High Court of Justice in the Chancery Division at the Royal Courts of Justice, London on 26 ^th June 2009, it is ordered that:

• 1 The County Court proceedings listed in the schedules to the draft Order be transferred to the High Court for the purpose only of this application and forthwith after the making of this Order be transferred back to the County Court from which they came.
• 2 In respect of each Administration listed in Schedule A attached hereto, pursuant to Section 13 (3) and Paragraph 88 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986.

2.1 Paul Michael Davis, Colin Wilson, Timothy John Edward Dolder, Gary Steven Pettit and Richard Toone be removed as Joint Administrator.

2.2 Paul Michael Davis, Colin Wilson, Timothy John Edward Dolder, Gary Steven Pettit and Richard Toone be released pursuant to Section 20 of the Insolvency Act 1986 as Joint Administrators in respect of the Administrations commenced prior to 15 September 2003 and be released as Joint Administrators pursuant to Paragraph 98 of Schedule B1 of the Insolvency Act 1986 in respect of Administrations commenced post 15 September 2003, on the date of the Order.

2.3 Gary Paul Shankland or Julie Palmer or Dominik Sylvester Thiel-Czerwinke or Antony Robert Fanshawe be appointed as Joint Administrator.

• 3 In respect of the Receivership listed in Schedule B attached hereto, pursuant to Section 35(1) and 37(4) of the Insolvency Act 1986.

3.1 Paul Michael Davis is removed as Receiver.

3.2 Dominik Sylvester Thiel-Czerwinke is appointed as Receiver.

• 4 In respect of each Company Voluntary Arrangement listed in Schedule C attached hereto, pursuant to Section 7(5) of the Insolvency Act 1986.

4.1 Paul Michael Davis, Timothy John Edward Dolder and Gary Steven Pettit are removed as Supervisor.

4.2 Dominik Sylvester Thiel-Czerwinke or Julie Anne Palmer is appointed as Supervisor.

• 5 In respect of each Members Voluntary Liquidation listed in Schedule D attached hereto, pursuant to Section 108(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986

5.1 Paul Michael Davis, Timothy John Edward Dolder, Christopher Herron and Nicholas Hood be removed as Liquidator.

5.2 Paul Michael Davis, Timothy John Edward Dolder, Christopher Herron and Nicholas Hood be released as Liquidator pursuant to Section 173(2)(c) of the Insolvency Act 1986 on the date of this Order.

5.3 Gary Paul Shankland or Julie Anne Palmer or Dominik Sylvester Thiel-Czerwinke or Antony Fanshaw is appointed as Liquidator.

• 6 In respect of each Creditors Voluntary Liquidation listed in Schedule E attached hereto, pursuant to Section 108(2) and 171 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

6.1 Paul Michael Davis, Timothy John Edward Dolder, John Anthony Dickinson, Richard Toone, Christopher Herron, Nicholas Hood, Colin David Wilson, Gary Steven Pettit, Mark Fry and David Hudson be removed as Liquidator.

6.2 Paul Michael Davis, Timothy John Edward Dolder, John Anthony Dickinson, Richard Toone, Christopher Herron, Nicholas Hood, Colin David Wilson, Gary Steven Pettit, Mark Fry and David Hudson be released as Liquidator pursuant to Section 173(2)(c) of the Insolvency Act 1986 on the date of this Order.

6.3 David Hudson or Gary Paul Shankland or Julie Anne Palmer or Dominik Sylvester Thiel-Czerwinke or Anthony Robert Fanshawe or Vivian Bairstow be appointed as Liquidator.

• 7 In respect of each Compulsory Winding Up listed in Schedule F attached hereto, pursuant to Section 172(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986.

7.1 Paul Michael Davis and Timothy John Edward Dolder and Richard Toone is removed as Liquidator.

7.2 Paul Michael Davis and Timothy John Edward Dolder and Richard Toone be released as Liquidator pursuant to Section 174(4)(c) of the Insolvency Act 1986 on the date of this Order.

7.3 David Paul Hudson or Gary Paul Shankland or Dominik Sylvester Thiel-Czerwinke or Julie Anne Palmer or Anthony Fanshaw or Mark Fry or Neil Mather is appointed as Liquidator.

• 8 In respect of each bankruptcy listed in Schedule G attached hereto, pursuant to Section 298(1) and 303(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986.

8.1 Paul Michael Davis, Timothy John Edward Dolder, John Dickinson, Richard Howard Toone and Gary Pettit are removed as Trustee.

8.2 Paul Michael Davis, Timothy John Edward Dolder, John Dickinson, Richard Howard Toone and Gary Pettit are released as Trustee pursuant to Section 299(3)(c) of the Insolvency Act 1986 on the date of this Order.

8.3 Dominik Sylvester Thiel-Czerwinke or Gary Paul Shankland or Julie Palmer is appointed as Trustee.

• 9 In respect of each Individual Voluntary Arrangement listed in Schedule H attached hereto, pursuant to Section 263(5) of the Insolvency Act 1986.

9.1 Timothy John Edward Dolder, Paul Michael Davis, Christopher Herron are removed as Supervisor.

9.2 Julie Anne Palmer or Dominik Sylvester Thiel-Czerwinke be appointed Supervisor.

• 10 In respect of each Partners Voluntary Arrangement listed in Schedule I attached hereto, pursuant to Section 7(5) of the Insolvent Partnership Order 1994.

10.1 Paul Michael Davis, Gary Pettit, Mark Fry and Timothy John Dolder are removed as Supervisor.

10.2 Dominik Sylvester Thiel-Czerwinke or Julie Anne Palmer or Anthony Fanshawe is appointed Supervisor.

• 11 The respective removals and appointments referred to herein are effective from the date of this Order.
• 12 Paul Michael Davis, Timothy John Edward Dolder, Gary Steven Pettit, Christopher Herron, Mark Fry be released as Supervisor on the date of the Order from their respective Company Voluntary Arrangements, Individual Voluntary Arrangements and Partners Voluntary Arrangements, listed in Schedule C, H and I attached hereto pursuant to the Courts inherent jurisdiction to give directions.
• 13 The costs of this Application are to be borne by the Applicant’s firm, Begbies Traynor.
• 14 There be liberty to each creditor to apply or vary or discharge this Order insofar as it relates to the estate of which they are a creditor, within 28 days of their being given notice of it.
• 15 Creditors are given notice of this Order and of the liberty to apply herein, such notice to be provided by an advertisement in the Gazette and one national newspaper within 14 days of this Order.
