The Palmer GVA Limited Partnership

This notice is given under section 10 of the Limited Partnership Act 1907 to all interested parties.

Pursuant to a limited partnership deed (the “Partnership Deed”) dated 11 August 2009 between (1) Palmer GVA General Partner Limited (as general partner of the Partnership); (2) the Founder Limited Partners as set out in Schedule 1 of the Partnership Deed; (3) Alex Price; and (4) Kingfisher Property Trustees Limited, and as otherwise amended from time to time, Alex Price retired as a Limited Partner of the Partnership and The Palmer GVA Fund Investment LLP, Peter Brooks, Peter Brooks 2002 Settlement, John Burbage, Burgess Group Limited, Tim Crossley-Smith, Christopher Digby-Bell, David Douglas, Smita Edwards and David Robinson, Courtenay Gardner, David Henson, Simon Hillson, Charles Horsfield, Gerry Hughes, Leen Holdings Limited, Maltpark Limited, Manse Investments Limited, Simon and Carol Miles, Sally Milligan, Patrick O’Keefe, Alex and Holly Price, Annabel Schild and Paul Whitehead (as trustees of the AS 1991 Trust), Rupert and Tina Sheldon, Malcolm and Deirdre Smith, Alex Stevens, Denise Trollope, Lorna Wallis, Eliza Watt and Kingfisher Property Partnerships Limited (as the trustee of The Palmer GVA Unit Trust) became limited partners of the Partnership.

The admission referred to in this notice shall take place from the date of completion of the above arrangements.
