Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 24 July 2009 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 4 September 2009, Stuart Andrew William-Andrews, of 56 Hawkeswell Close, Woking, Surrey GU21 3RS, is single, a British citizen under section 11 of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Andrew William-Andrews and assumed the name of Stuart Andrew William-Andrews.
