Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 4 June 2009 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 4 June 2009, T McGregor as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Lennie Michael McGregor who is a child single and a British citizen under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Lennie Michael Peters and assumed the name of Lennie Michael McGregor.
