AUTHORISATION OF INSOLVENCY PRACTITIONERS UNDER THE INSOLVENCY ACT 1986 - SECTIONS 392 & 393

Take note that I, Andrew Cordon of Begbies Traynor, Regency House, 21 The Ropewalk, Nottingham, NG1 5DU intend to apply to the Secretary of State under the provisions of the above Act for authorisation to act as an Insolvency Practitioner. Any person having reason to believe that such authorisation should not be granted should, within 28 days of publication of this notice communicate such reason to the Department of Business, Innovation & Skills, 4th Floor, Cannon House, 18 Priory Queensway, Birmingham, B4 6FD.
