I, Phillip Anthony Roberts of 29/30 Fitzroy Square, London W1T 6ET, being the Liquidator of the above company, hereby issue this Notice of Intended First and Final Dividend as required by Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986. All creditors who have not previously proved their debt should do so by the last day for proving being 31 October 2009, or risk being excluded from any dividend thereafter. I intend making this distribution on or after 31 October 2009, but in any case, within four months from 31 October 2009.
