We, Karl Black and Clare Steele of 63 Oxford Street, Kirkby in Ashfield, Nottingham NG17 7EE, hereby give notice that in not less than 2 months after publication of this notice, we intend to make application to the East Riding Council for a licence to operate a proposed zoo at Park Rose, Bird of Prey Centre, Covert Lane, Carnaby YO5 3QF.

A written notice of the intention to make application for a zoo licence, giving details about the proposed zoo, has been sent to the said council. This may be inspected, free of charge, at the office of the East Riding Council between the hours of 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
