Take notice that I, Beverley Michelle Garlick (previously known as Beverley Michelle Clifton and Beverley Michelle Chapman) intend to apply to the Secretary of State under the provisions of the above Act for authorisation to act as an Insolvency Practitioner.

Any person having reason to believe that such authorisation should not be granted should, within 28 days of publication of this notice, communicate such reason to the Department for Business, Innovation & Skills.
