Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 16 April 2009 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 30 July 2009, Kelly Louise Winter, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Sophie Louise Winter who is a child single and a Commonwealth/British citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Sophie Louise Leaning and assumed the name of Sophie Louise Winter.
