Notice is hereby given that by Deed Poll dated 11 August 2009 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 25 September 2009 by Nicola De Paoli and Michael Geoffrey Upton, the persons having parental responsibility for SAMUEL ARTHUR DE PAOLI UPTON who is 2 years old, single and a British citizen by virtue of section 2(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name Samuel Geoffrey De Paoli Upton and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Samuel Arthur De Paoli Upton.
