Notice is hereby given that by Deed Poll dated 18 August 2009 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 25 September 2009 by Shelley Marie Nash, the person having parental responsibility for FRANCESCA LAUREN SPENCER who is 8 years old, single and a British citizen by virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name Francesca Lauren Nash and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Francesca Lauren Spencer.
