Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 18 August 2009 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 28 September 2009, Suzannah Jane Franklin, as a person having parental responsibility on behalf of Alice Lauren Roberts-Franklin who is a child single and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Alice Lauren Roberts and assumed the name of Alice Lauren Roberts-Franklin.
