Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 21 September 2009 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 21 September 2009, Rita Violet Tomlin-Jones, 1 New Quay Terrace, Old Maltings Approach, Melton, Woodbridge, Suffolk IP12 1BF, is divorced, a British citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Rita Violet Humphreys and assumed the name of Rita Violet Tomlin-Jones.
