Pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, notice is hereby given that the last date for proving debts against the above-named company, which is being voluntarily wound up, is the 16th day of January 2010, by which date claims must be sent to the undersigned, of Grant Thornton UK LLP, Enterprise House, 115 Edmund Street, Birmingham, B3 2HJ, the joint liquidator of the company. Notice is further given that the joint liquidator will pay a first and final dividend within four months of the last date for proving.
