In accordance with Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 Part II, we hereby give notice that we intend to pay a dividend to unsecured creditors of the above named company. All creditors who have not proved their debt should do so before 5 February 2010. It is our intention to declare a dividend within the period of four months from the last date of proving.
