NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order of Mr Justice Peter Smith in the Chancery Division of the Royal Courts of Justice, Companies Court, London on 15 December 2009.

GAVIN GEOFFREY BATES (“Mr Bates”) a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner and Associate of BRI (UK) Limited t/a BRI Business Recovery and Insolvency (“BRI”) has been removed from the following offices:-

• 1 As Joint Administrator of Borman Botham Limited (t/a BNB Tax Consultants) - In Administration listed in Schedule A below. Peter John Windatt, a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner and partner in BRI (“Mr Windatt”) has been appointed sole administrator in place of Mr Bates.
• 2 As sole trustee in bankruptcy of the Estate of Tania Amanda Elsmore - In Bankruptcy and of those other individuals in bankruptcy listed in Schedule B below. Mr Windatt has been appointed sole trustee in place of Mr Bates;
• 3 As sole supervisor of Expo UK Limited - In company voluntary arrangement listed in Schedule C below. Mr Windatt has been appointed sole supervisor in place of Mr Bates.
• 4 4(a) As joint liquidator of the companies in liquidation numbered 1 - 15 (inclusive), 18 and 22 - 54 (inclusive) of the companies in creditor’s voluntary liquidation listed in Schedule D below. Mr Windatt will continue to act as sole liquidator; and

4. 4(b) As sole liquidator in relation to the companies numbered 16 (Cawston Grange Developments Limited) and 17 (Cawston Homes Limited) listed in Schedule D below. Mr Windatt has been appointed as the sole liquidator in place of Mr Bates;

• 5 As sole supervisor of Jeremy Perkins - In individual voluntary arrangement and those other individuals in individual voluntary arrangement listed in Schedule E below. Mr Windatt has been appointed sole supervisor in place of Mr Bates;

6(a) As sole liquidator of the company in liquidation numbered 1 set out in Schedule F below (Danegrove) Limited. Mr Windatt has been appointed sole liquidator in place of Mr Bates; and

• 6 (b) As joint liquidator of the companies in liquidation numbered 2 - 13 listed in Schedule F below. Mr Windatt will continue to act as sole liquidator;
• 7 As sole liquidator of C-Tex Services (Europe) Limited and those other companies in compulsory liquidation listed in Schedule G below. Mr Windatt has been appointed as sole liquidator in place of Mr Bates.

Under the terms of the Order Mr Bates shall be granted his release as appropriate 21 days after the date of publication of this Notice.
