Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that, I Ian Franses of Ian Franses Associates, Conduit House, 24 Conduit Place, London W2 1EP, being the liquidator of the above named Company, intend to declare dividend within the period of four months from 22 March 2010. Those creditors who have not yet proved their debts in the liquidation are required, on or before 22 March 2010, to submit details of their claims with such evidence supporting the amount claimed as available to me at the address shown below, in default thereof, they will be excluded from the benefit of any dividend declared before such debt is proved.
