Notice to Creditors of Intention to Declare Dividend

Notice is hereby given, that the Creditors of the above named Company are required, on or before 19 March 2010 to submit their proofs of debt to the undersigned J M Brenner, of B&C Associates Limited, Trafalgar House, Grenville Place, Mill Hill, London NW7 3SA, the Liquidator of the Company, and, if so requested, to provide such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved their debt before the date mentioned above will be omitted for dividend purposes.
