Pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, Notice is hereby given that the last date for proving debts against the company, is 29 March 2010 – not less than 21 days from the notice date, by which date claims must be sent to the undersigned, of B & C Associates Limited, Trafalgar House, Grenville Place, Mill Hill, London NW7 3SA, the Liquidator of the Company. Notice is further given that the liquidator will declare a final dividend within four months of the last date for proving.
