Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 93 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that an annual meeting of the members of the above named company will be held at the offices of Griffith & Griffith, Century House, 31 Gate Lane, Boldmere, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, B73 5TR on 30 April 2010 at 10.00 am for the purpose of receiving an account of the liquidators’ acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up of the company during the preceding year.

Any member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member of the company. Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged with George H W Griffith Ltd, Century House, 31 Gate Lane, Boldmere, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands B73 5TR no later than 12 noon on 29 April 2010.
