Notice is hereby given that it is my intention to declare a First and Final Dividend to unsecured Creditors of the above-named Company. Creditors who have not yet done so are required, on or before 10 May 2010 to send their proofs of debt to the undersigned, David Wald of D. Wald & Co, 18 Sapcote Trading Centre, Dudden Hill Lane, London NW10 2DH the Liquidator of the Company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary or, in default thereof, they will be excluded from the benefit of any dividend. A Creditor who has not proved his debt by the date specified above will be excluded from such dividend and is not entitled to disturb by reason that he has not participated in it, the dividend so declared. The First and Final Dividend will be declared within 4 months from 11 May 2010.
