I, Melvyn Laurence Rose of Elliot, Woolfe & Rose, 1st Floor, Equity House, 128/136 High Street, Edgware, Middlesex HA8 7TT, the Liquidator of MRI Media Limited hereby give notice that it is intended to declare a first and final dividend to Unsecured Creditors in the above matter.

Any Creditor who wishes to be included in the dividend is required to furnish details of their claim to the Liquidator in writing by 31 May 2010 or be excluded from the dividend to be declared within 4 months thereof.
