Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that, as Joint Liquidator of the above named Company, I intend paying a first and final dividend to unsecured creditors within the next four months. The creditors of the Company are required, on or before Tuesday 18 May 2010, to submit their proofs of debt to me as Joint Liquidator of the Company, at the address shown below. Creditors may be required to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Liquidators to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his/her debt by close of business on Tuesday 18 May 2010, is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he/she has not participated in it, the first and final dividend or any other dividend declared before his/her debt is proved.
