Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that, as Joint Liquidator of the above named Company, I intend paying a first dividend to unsecured creditors. The creditors of the Company are required, on or before Tuesday 15th June 2010, to submit their proofs of debt to me as Joint Liquidator of the Company, at the address shown below. Creditors may be required to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Liquidators to be necessary.
