PROPOSED LYNN AND INNER DOWSING OFFSHORE WIND FARMS (AMENDMENT) ORDER
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AN ORDER
Lincs Wind Farm Limited (“LWFL”) c/o Centrica Renewables, Millstream East, Maidenhead Road, Windsor, Berkshire SL4 5GD, is applying to the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change under section 6 of the Transport and Works Act 1992 for the above Order under section 3 of that Act.
The draft Order makes provision for the construction and maintenance of cabling under the North Sea off the Lincolnshire coast between three specific wind turbines authorised to be constructed as part of the Inner Dowsing Wind Farm by the Inner Dowsing Offshore Wind Farm Order 2003 (SI 2003 No. 2831) and in relation to three specific wind turbines authorised to be constructed as part of the Lynn Offshore Wind Farm by the Lynn Offshore Wind Farm Order 2003 (SI 2003 No. 2829). The Order also transfers to LWFL the powers to construct and maintain the six wind turbines.
The application is to be made subject to an environmental impact assessment.

Any objections to, or other representations about, the proposals in the application should be sent to the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change c/o Robert Lilly, Development Consents and Planning Reform, Energy Development Unit, Department of Energy and Climate Change, Area A, 3rd Floor, 3 Whitehall Place, London SW1A 2AW, email Robert.Lilly@decc.gsi.gov.uk. An objection or other representation MUST (i) be received by the Secretary of State on or before 30 June 2010, (ii) be made in writing (whether sent by post or email), (iii) state the grounds of the objection or other representation, (iv) indicate who is making the objection or other representation, and (v) give an address to which correspondence relating to the objection or other representation may be sent. (If you are sending your objection or other representation by e-mail, please provide a postal address.)
The Secretary of State may make complete copies of the objections and other representations public, including any personal information contained in them, and will copy them to the applicant for the Order.
