Notice is hereby given that it is our intention to declare a final dividend to the unsecured creditors of the above named company and distribute the dividend no later that 30 August 2010, being two months from the expiry of the last date for proving. Creditors who have not yet done so are required, on or before 30 June 2010, (the last date for proving), to send their proofs of debt to Mark David Arthur Loftus and Russell Downs of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, the Joint Administrators of the Company to Benson House, 33 Wellington Street, Leeds LS1 4JP and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Administrators to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt by the last date for proving will be excluded from the dividend.
