Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Court Order dated 11 February 2010 granted in respect of the Company, that the Joint Administrators intend paying a first and final dividend to the unsecured non-preferential creditors of the Company. Creditors who have not yet done so are required, on or before 12 July 2010, to send their proof of debt to the undersigned, N J Dargan of Deloitte LLP, PO Box 810,Athene Place, 66 Shoe Lane, London, EC4A 3WA, the Joint Administrator of the Company. They are also required, if requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Administrators to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his debt by the date specified above will be excluded from the dividend. The dividend, being the first and final, will be declared within 4 months of 12 July 2010.
