Pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, notice is hereby given that it is my intention to declare a first and final dividend to the unsecured creditors of the above named Company within 4 months from 6 July 2010 (being the last day for proving claims).

Those Creditors who have not yet proved their claims must do so by 6 July 2010 otherwise they will be excluded from the dividend.
