I am Trustee in Bankruptcy of the above, who is described in the proceedings as, Frances Louise Brett, General Manager, residing at 28 Highfield Road, Ipswich in the County of Suffolk, lately residing at 134 Yeoman Close, Ipswich, aforesaid, 10 Blackberry Close, Dereham in the County of Norfolk, 53 Mountbatten Drive, Sarowston, Norfolk, aforesaid, and 57 Jovian Way, Ipswich aforesaid. I hereby give notice, pursuant to Rule 11.2(1A) of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that I intend paying a dividend to Creditors within four months of the last date for proving.

Creditors who have not already proved are required, on or before 15 July 2010, to send details of their claims to me at RSM Tenon, Suite 3, Chalkwell Lawns, 648-656 London Road, Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex, SS0 9HR. A creditor who has not proved his debt by the date specified above will not be entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the dividend so declared.
