I, Hugh Fullerton-Smith, of Alladale Wilderness Reserve, Ardgay, Sutherland, IV24 3BS, do hereby give notice that, in not less than 2 months after publication of this notice it is my intention to make an application to The Highland Council for a licence to operate a proposed zoo at Alladale Wilderness Reserve, Ardgay, Sutherland.

A written notice of the intention to make application for a zoo license, giving details about the proposed zoo, has been sent to the said Council. This may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the Highland Council located at Glenurqhart Road, Inverness, IV3 5NX and Drummuie, Golspie, KW10 6TA, between the hours of 09.00hrs and 16.00hrs.
