Notice is hereby given, in accordance with the provisions of Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that the Joint Liquidators intend within four months from 20 August 2010 to declare a first and final dividend to creditors and that any creditors wishing to participate in such dividend are required on or before 20 August 2010, the last date for proving, to send their names and addresses and particulars of their debts or claims and the names and addresses of the solicitors (if any) to Malcolm P Fillmore and Mark Pearce Riley the Liquidators of the said company, at Atherton Bailey LLP, Arundel House, 1 Amberley Court, Whitworth Road, Crawley, West Sussex RH11 7XL (IP Nos. 6525 and 5778), and, if so required by notice in writing from the said liquidators, by their solicitors or personally, to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
