Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 28 October 2009 and enrolled in this Supreme Court of Judicature on 24 November 2009, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Chad Elliott Jason Taylor, who is a single child and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Chad Elliott Jason Coles and assumed the new name of Chad Elliott Jason Taylor.
