Notice is now given that by a deed poll dated 23 November 2009 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 5 February 2010

1. Olasumbo Ganiat Lawal of Flat 24 Cobham House, Boundary Street, Erith, Kent DA8 2ES as a person having parental responsibility for Faridah Oluwatoyosi Oreoluwa Umar renounced and abandoned, on behalf of Faridah Oluwatoyosi Oreoluwa Umar, the name of Faridah Oluwatoyosi Oreoluwa Lawal, and in place thereof assumed, on behalf of Faridah Oluwatoyosi Oreoluwa Umar, the name of Faridah Oluwatoyosi Oreoluwa Umar.

2.  Faridah Oluwatoyosi Oreoluwa Umar is single.

3.  Faridah Oluwatoyosi Oreoluwa Umar is a British citizen under the British Nationality Act 1981 section 1(1).
