Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 13 November 2009, and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 24 November 2009, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Osheen Annmarie Surfigh, who is a child, single and a Commonwealth Citizen under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Osheen Annmarie Coates and assumed the name of Osheen Annmarie Surfigh.
