Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 8 April 2010 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 20 April 2010, Edmund Carlton Patrick Reid, of 6 Angel Hill Court, Angel Hill, Sutton, Surrey SM1 3EE, is married, a Commonwealth Citizen under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Edmond Carlton Patrick Reid and assumed the name of Edmund Carlton Patrick Reid.
