Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 10 March 2010 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 22 March 2010, as a person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Osheane Jabari Chambers, of 36 Burnett House, Lewisham Hill, London SE23 7PD, who is a child single and a Commonwealth Citizen under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Osheane Jabari Hudson and assumed the name of Osheane Jabari Chambers.
